1. Who we are

OXA Recruitment (“OXA”, “we”, “us”) is a recruitment agency. For personal data submitted through this website, OXA Recruitment is the data controller. Contact: admin@oxarecruitment.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit our employer inquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, work email, phone number, company website, and information about your hiring requirements. Our systems also record the submission time and your IP address for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We process this data to respond to your enquiry and provide recruitment services — our legitimate interest in operating a B2B business, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without consent.

4. Where it goes

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to our secure processing workflow and stored in the business systems we use to manage enquiries. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or an active contract.

6. Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@oxarecruitment.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party trackers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
